Sundanese is the culture that’s live at Java island, Indonesia, West Java Province exactly.There are so many things that
you can learn from its indigenous technology. One of traditional drinks that very familiar among Sundanese is hot drink, that names Bajigur. We call it cocopucino, because bajigur’s color is brown just like cappucinoBajigur made from coconut (Cocos nucifera) fruit.The ingredient cocopucino a.k.a. bajigur are coconut milk, coconut (brown) sugar, and don’t forget to add several pandan (Pandanus sp.) leaves. It’s better serve hot or warm, especially when the weather so cold.  .
