Moina and daphnia culture tank could use cement tank, plastic container or dried pond.
Media for moina and daphnia
culture are made from mixture of wates and straw or
fertilizer about 0.2 grams/l. Soy waste could be added in same amount. This media aerated for 2 weeks until the water turn brown.
Add moina and daphnia starter in a density of about 30 /lt. This starter obtained from pond or hatchery. After 7 days, moina and daphnia could be harvested.
Fertilizing is needed for sustainable harvest. This fertilizing process repeated every week with half amount of first fertilizing.
