The buildings in
the panelbuilding technologies, tens summers their exploitation, they show the
sometimes considerable degree of waste, and so at present low usable value.
Therefore and because of the present requirements and market demands the
majority of such buildings has been already modernized or has to be modernized
soon. However this modernization should be connected first of all with the
verification of repair works planned in the building from the constructional
and economical point of view and also with the analysis of damages in the
aspect of exploitational safety. On the basis of researches conducted in Cracow
the range of damages occurrence, possibilities of their estimation and also
verifications of causes of opinion without investigations “in sieve”.
