The book mainly deals with the human anatomy & physiology. It has 4 sections, they are- The body and its constituents, Communication, Intake of raw materials & elimination of wastes, and Protection & Survival.
            The first section the body and its constituents gives the introduction to the human body and chemistry of life and also explains about the cells, tissues and organisation of the body. It deals with the different mechanisms of body like homeostasis, negative and positive feedback mechanism.
             The second section communication contains the details about the blood, cardiovascular system, nervous system, special senses, and endocrine system. the book explains the functions, different parts and their size shape position etc,.
              The third section gives a wide information about respiratory system, nutrition, digestive system, and urinary system. It also gives the details about the disorders of these systems different types of parts etc,.
               The fourth section protection and survival includes the details about the body parts which gives the protection to our body like skin, skeleton, muscles joints, immunity etc,. How they protect our body, their different parts, their functions, blood and nerve supply everything is mentioned in this book.
                The book of Anaomy & Physiology is very useful in studying medical sciences. Actually it is a branch of medical sciences. It is also used in nursing sciences. This book contains the basic details of medical sciences therefore the book is widely used in medical fields.
