Tools and materials:
1. A cutter 1. An onion
2. A toothpick 2. A rhoediscolour leaf
3. Blue metilen 3. A water plant
4. A microscope 4. A cactus
5. Preparate and 5. A cork
6. Cover glass 6. Epitel of inside Part of cheek
Steps:
A) Observe plant cell
1. We take thin shells (epidermis) of onion.
2. We put it on preparate.
3. We give it some blue metilen.
4. We put cover glass on it.
5. We put it at the microscope.
6. We begin to observe it.
7. We repeat all of the steps for all or the materials.
Note: If the epidermis is too thick for observing, we repeat all of the steps with thinner epidermis.
B) Observe
animal cell 1. We take the epitel by a toothpick.
2. We put it on preparate.
3. We give it some blue metilen.
4. We put cover glass on it.
5. We put it at the microscope.
6. We begin to observe it.
The result:
Explanation:
From our observation, we know that all cells (all cells in our observation) have membrane cell, cytoplasm, and nucleus. Especially in plant cell, there is a part can save the shape of the cell, which is a cell wall.
All of living cells have cytoplasm, because it is the main materials in organism.
