Frogs have strong back legs for jumping and the biggest Frog in the world, the goliath frog, is also the best high-jumper. It can leap 3 meters into the air. In America, competitions are held to find the best long-jumping frogs.
The vibration of the shell-like rings on the end of the rattle snakes tail makes the rattling noise.The rattle is made up of dry, hard pieces of unshed skin. As the snake grows, the number of rings in-creases. So the louder the rattling noise, the bigger the snake is. The snake shakes its rattle to frighten the intruder away
