Vegetables and fruits protect the skin from wrinkles
The results of a study conducted in the charitable Berlin hospital in Germany, that people who eat large amounts of vegetables and fruits protect their skin from wrinkles, particularly if the focus was on the tomato and red pepper.
According to the study, antioxidants protect the skin from wrinkles, but the human body does not produce such this material but the body should be obtained through food containing vitamin A, C, D, E and beta carotene, which are available in carrot, tomatoes, peppers, turnip, green tea.
The authors say that people contain on their bodies high levels of antioxidants appear at a younger age than normal and that the age of a few wrinkles in the skin resulting from good nutrition.
Specialists are advised to resort to vegetables and fruits more than consolidated artificial materials containing anti-oxidation since the latter lead to negative results in the case of dealing with large quantities of them.
