"Light" is a very problematic definition to drugs.
The problem starts with a lake of information among the public.
The ignorance , is what leads the governments institutes , to give wrong info about this kind of drugs.
To every country theres very specific definition to some materials who are
considered as drugs and are not allowed to be used . However ,there are a few materials who are considered as durgs , and can be used , with a confirmation from the government .
While heroin , cocaine , extacy and some others are being a consensus , there are quite a few materials that are legal in some countries and are
forbidden , at another - such as the leaves of the gat flower which is legal here , in Israel , is forbidden to either production or self consuming at the USA.
Light drugs are dangerous , most of all , because their affection on the user , is weaker after every use , what leads the user to consume stronger drugs , in order to as stoned as he felt at the first time he took the drug , that causes the user to become addictive to stronger drugs , such as the heroin and cocaine.
