the paper shows cases of failure states of carrying elements which have happen
in building as a results of
mining exploitation impact. In buildings situated
in mining area a consequence of increased vertical and horizontal buildings
deformation appears cases of exceeds load capacity of
structure elements and
considerable damages. Situation like this can menace of local stability of
carrying elements and cause failure states. It concerns especially buildings in
which carrying structure was not prepared to toke over additional internal
forces by mining impact and ground deformation caused by this way has repeated
