The
paper presents a simple model of granular material consisted of plain circular
discs
connecting with: visco-elastic
constrains with different characteristics
in two perpendicular directions, unilateral
constrains in normal direction to
two being in contact granulars and with friction (friction resistance),
tangential in the point of contact. This is a dynamic, incremental type model.
Using available general software, with the help of this model, it is possible
to analyse the simplest boundary values
connecting with designing devices for
production engineering in power plants and thermal power station.
