"We try to make this as much as possible for free. We try as much as possible so that people will get something that is practically without encountering the difficulties and they are all multitasking. We conducted this study to increase what we know about using mobile phones to get the message when the is busy and is on the way. "

ConTxt recruited more than 300 participants for the study. As part of the adjustment program, the research completed by a visit to the core level which will help determine the participants' lifestyle. For example, determine the nearest grocery store, finding opportunities to exercise and the possibility of pushing the program's list of friends or family.

The intervention was designed to send a "mark" the text or picture messages with specific suggestions or tips about diet-related and improve lifestyle habits.

"Everyone seems to have a cell phone. For those who regularly took with them all the time, we wanted to see if we can use the same technology to make people think differently," explained research coordinator Lindsay W. ConTxt Dillon, MPH, CHES.
