Abstracts: In this thesis, it would show the relation between the
developments of
science and philosophy, the macro
world and the micro world by using common words. The developments of science and
philosophy are supplementary to each other. The developments of philosophy could bring about the revolutions of science; meanwhile, the excessive trust in that philosophy would lead to lurking perils of the
Development of science. After the First World War, the center of science settles in German, just like Albert Einstein ，Plank, Heisenberg, etc. This was not coincidence. But the developments of science are not always going smoothly. This is to say their minds were not absolute reality, so the west philosophy would show its drawbacks, and it blocked the development science; and here are some pieces of forecast.
