The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Tropical storm "Ulysses" is
at 950 kms east of the Bicol region with maximum winds of 85 kph near the center and gustiness of 100 kph. "Ulysses", PAGASA said, is forecast to move west at 15 kph.
Moderate to strong northeasterly surface windflow prevails over Luzon, PAGASA said. The whole country will experience partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, the weather bureau said. Moderate to strong winds
