Health value is greater wealth amount. Than we Good health needs every body. So take care on health from the diseases. Be
healthy live happy.
Take care in drinking water and eating food.
Do like this and use it, drinking and eating.
Proper lids are used on food and on drinking water vessel.
Water which is boiled and cooled should be consumed and food should be eaten, when it is warm.
Contamination of drinking water places should be prohibited.
Disease is any devotion from the normal health. Disease can be both physical and mental. If proper treatment at proper time is not given to the patient, the diseases may lead to death.
Birth defects are those diseases which occur right from the birth.
Acquired diseases arise in the lifetime of a person. They are of two types.
Non infectious diseases
Rickets, Diabetes, Joint pains etc. they are not contagious. They occur due to malnutrition or accidents or due to some metabolic changes.
Infectious diseases
They spread from one person to another easily. Virus bacteria and other germs are responsible for the cause of these diseases. Unhygienic conditions also help in spreading infectious diseases. These diseases are spread through air, water and by contact with patient.
Air bone diseases
T.B, Flu, cold, measles, diphtheria, etc. these diseases are spared through air. When a person suffering with certain diseases sneezes, them germs spread from that person to other places and infect other people.
Influenza or flu
This disease is caused by a virus. Any person can get this fever.
Symptoms- sneezing, redness and watering of eyes, body pains, cough and fever. The patient should consult a doctor immediately. He should be kept in a properly ventilated room. The germs present in his sneezes can affect other family members.
Tuberculosis
It is caused by bacteria.
Symptoms: weakness, loss of weight, fever, phlegm and loss of appetite. The patient can spread the disease through cough and spitting. He should be kept in a good ventilated room. Proper medicines should be taken under the supervision of a doctor. B.C.G vaccine should be given to children.
Water borne diseases
They are caused by contamination of dirking water. Contaminated water contains bacteria and other germs which cause diseases like jaundice cholera etc.
Cholera
It is caused by bacteria.
Symptoms: motions and Vomiting, muscular cramps, absence of urination, extreme weakness and dehydration. The diseases are spread by the contaminated water and harmful insects.
