Good teeth are not only to cuts food but also beauty to the face. So take care on teeth.
If permanent teeth are lost,
no new teeth will grow in their place. Therefore, we should take proper care our teeth.
We should always rinse our mouth after we have eaten anything. Mouth rinsing is good. When we rinse our mouth with water it removes pieces of food trapped between our teeth. We should always spit out the water after rinsing our mouth.
We should always brush at least twice a day with a soft toothbrush. This helps remove much of the food and
plaque, which are stuck to our teeth.
We should floss our teeth regularly. Floss is a special thin string. We should hold the floss between our two middle fingers and rub it up and down each side of each tooth in our mouth. This removes the stuff that a toothbrush cannot our diet is very important if we want keep our teeth healthy. Eating too much sugar will increase the amount of plaque in our teeth. So we should avoid taking surgery items. For healthy and log-lasting teeth we should take care of our teeth. Regular cleaning and proper care of teeth will ensure that a person has good teeth as well as good.

Teeth are black and broken. Such teeth are very problematic. They cause toothache. Bad teeth may also cause other problems such as indigestions and stomach trouble. Some common problems related to teeth. That are the-
Plaque: when we do not clean our teeth regularly, a stick yellow layer forms on out teeth. It is called ` plaque. The
bacteria that cause tooth decay live under the plaque. When we eat sweets, the bacteria use the sweets as their food and produce an acid that damages our teeth.
Tartar: tartar is formed when we do not brush or floss our teeth. It is similar to plaque but it is much harder. When a lot of tartar is formed, our gums are infected. The acid produced by the bacteria cause cavity in the tooth. It is called `tooth decay’. Tooth decay makes our mouth smell bad.
Parts of tooth
A tooth has four main parts.
Pulp
Dentine
Cementum
Enamel
Pulp: pulp is the soft and sensitive part of the tooth. It holds the nerves and blood vessels deep inside the root of the tooth.
Dentine: dentine is the hard material like pour bones that surrounds the pulp.
Cementum: Cementum is a thin a layer of material which covers the root part of the dentine in the lower tooth.
Enamel: enamel is the hard, white material that we see when we look at teeth. It covers the top of each tooth.

By the age of 21 years, most people have all their permanent teeth. Adult humans have 32 permanent teeth.
