Regional innovative milieu is the sustainable
developmental motivity of
enterprises，of which construction of regional network
innovation and learning ability is of great significance for the
developmental ability
enterprises. Cases of the development of successful high-tech enterprises and rural enterprises in China have also illustrated the importance of regional innovative milieu. Therefore, this paper points out that construction of regional innovative milieu should be strengthened by building enterprise air, cultivating regional innovative network, founding learning ability and constructing settlement environment, and as a result it will promote developmental ability and competitiveness of Chinese enterprises as soon as possible, which is also reference for drawing up regional policy and developmental strategy of enterprises
