At last! This classic work on the experimental and clinical aspects of hypnotic time distortion is available once again. Here, Cooper and Erickson offer a truly original approach to a subject that jas intrigued physical scientists, psychologists and philosophers alike.

Time distortion, the difference between real time of an event and the perceived time of an event, and its non-therapeutic implications are discussed, investigated, and evaluated in the first half of this book by Dr. Cooper. The clinical phenomena involved, with specific reference to therapeutic implications are discussed and studied by Dr. Erickson, along with illustrative case material in the second half. Also included is a final section, "Subjective Time Condensation as Distinct from Time Expansion."
