This paper discusses how the
poet Homer was not only able to create literary works of art but could also provide a deeper understanding of Greek
society. The author cites numerous examples from the "Iliad" and "Odyssey" that represent Greek nature, such as the importance of
honor, martial bravery, heroism and leadership hierarchy.
