For
years the Vatican has been guarding a
secret. In 1967, Pope Paul XXV had a visit from Sister Maria de Jesus. Many have speculated about the
prophecy that she kept secret all these years. To the Pope she said simply “the weeping age is upon us”. The Pontiff
knew that this could only mean that the Evil One grew stronger and soon the future would be upon us all. The only hope lies with Simon. Simon had been raised by his uncle Matt, a man of the cloth. Throughout his life Simon had had strange visions. He’s seen
people in trouble, such as a
young boy about to be hit by a train. Not only were these people and their situations real but as with the case of the young boy they were suddenly saved. The oddest vision Simon had though was of The Holy Mother of Jesus. She came to his and told him that he knew what he must do, that he was the Kefa. With the growing popularity of spiritual fiction, The Forgotten Prophecy explores yet another conspiracy and secret prophecy hidden and mismanaged by the Catholic Church. Well written with enough realistic information mixed in to make the plot potentially believable and chilling enough to be quite dramatic. I particularly liked the “second chance” aspect of the storyline.
