willing to
receive the gift that is
given to you.According to the author of A Woman’s Guide to Manifestation, there are eight steps to
getting anything that you want. Really, these steps involve knowing what you want (and why), having a clear vision of what the end
result would look like, focusing on that result, and then being willing to accept the results. Sounds so simple in theory but in practice it’s another story. Most of us are so scattered in our thinking. We
spend far more time worrying about what bad things could happen that we never really fully focus on the things we actually want. No wonder we just keep getting more and more negative experiences and further and further from our dreams and goals. Another destructive behaviour that stops us from getting what we want is being unwilling to receive. We spend so much time taking care of others and being strong that we simply
don’t let others give to us. We don’t have time, we think that they have an agenda, or the love being given isn’t exactly as we want it. However, once we allow ourselves to be a little more open, we suddenly realize potential we never knew existed.
