One Woman’s Heart/One Man’s Heart is a compilation of
poems from two sources. The first
half of the
book is composed of poems written by Joseph Capone. His wife Susann chose these poems from a lifelong collection. Although the overall feel of these
works is
religious in nature, the
themes of these
pieces runs a gambit of emotions from extremely angry and looking at a world of pain and suffering to eternally hopeful that faith and love will see the poet through these difficult times. The second half of this book is composed of poems by Susann Capone. Her works also have a strong religious feel. Most of these pieces have themes based upon emotional reminiscences with a few poems dedicated completely to the author’s religious beliefs and experinces.
