Zephyr Unfolding Nicole Givens Kurtz

Book Review by: Dr_Tami_Brady

Original Author: Nicole Givens Kurtz
At first the United World Council (UWC) seemed like a savior. Laurel Andersen the scientist, activist, and mastermind behind
the council introduced all sorts of life saving cures and revolutionary ideas to restore the ozone and save the rainforest. Then, a strange thing started to happen. Suddenly, small countries began being threatened by terrorists and the members of the United Nations suddenly dropped dead of a mysterious virus. Much too late, the world realized that UWC’s true intention was to rule the world. Now, the only thing stopping the genius madman is a small band of resistance. Zephyr Unfolding takes the reader down a new road to the future. Often popular sci-fi depicts post apocalyptic scenes but usually the situation is the direct result of our misuse of nature and lack of caring for our fellow man. Interesting that solving the world’s major problems leads to exactly the same end. Power corrupts no matter what the original intention.
