This
paper is based on a case study of Faith Community
Hospital and is an attempt to identify several
problems at the hospital and the issues arising from those problems. The paper delineates the steps in the
identification process and presents an
analysis of the problems the hospital is facing. Following the analysis and identification, recommendations for
solutions and a plan for implementing the solutions are presented.
