The paper deals with identifying the existing
supply chain management processes of an organization. The study uses the example
of Levi's, which supplies for Wal-Mart. The paper describes the flow of materials to Levi's, its function, and the customers it serves. Also it compares and contrasts these
practices with other
supply chain practices, both domestic and global. The paper recommends changes and analyzes the ethics implications of the recommendations.
