The
idea of
servant-
leadership is not new, and it shares components of ideology that are part of many other current leadership
theories. This paper focuses on Robert K. Greenleaf's idea of servant-leadership and its relationship with other leadership theories. It explains how the Robert K. Greenleaf Center for Servant-Leadership is now the leading promoter of Greenleaf's idea.
