This
paper begins with an introduction to Faith Community
Hospital, a nonprofit organization established with the aim of promoting the health and well-being of the people in the communities it serves. The paper then reviews the SWOT
analysis of the hospital that was done in order to identify the issues and define the problems the hospital is currently facing. Finally, the paper presents conclusions based on the SWOT analysis, with the intention of finding solutions that take into consideration different environmental factors, especially the interests of various stakeholder groups.
