This report provides background information and an overview of LibQUAL+, explains how it can be used to assess the performance
of library services, and looks at what the experts have said
concerning its advantages and disadvantages. A summary of the
research concerning LibQUAL+ is provided in the concluding section, together with appropriate recommendations for its potential at the library under review by this paper.
