This report is about the Six Sigma
process, which was developed in the 1980s as a way to improve product quality and to accelerate organizational change. This study attempts to identify the specific requirements for implementing the Six Sigma process for SMEs in Asia Pacific and what modifications may be needed or adapted for Six Sigma to be successful in the SME environment.
