This paper states that the most important relationship for a store to maintain is the relationship between the
employees and the public; therefore, the store should evaluate the
training of its employees. This paper describes, in detail, the entire
research project, which used a
questionnaire and basic statistical analysis, and the
outcomes of the questionnaire. The author concludes that, although the participants rated the training
program as only "moderate", the program does fulfill its basic purpose of training the employees to perform the various jobs within the store. Attractive presentation.
