This paper evaluates the
wellness program at a community college by reviewing the current
status of the program,
recommended goals and actions and predictions for the future. The author feels that the program lacks strong
support from senior
administration at the community college. The author states that organizational wellness programs are outgrowths of the
employee assistance program (EAP) concept and presents its benefits such as better
