study assesses how accurately the Armed
Services Vocational
Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) can predict a
student's suitability and capability for a particular job. The thesis of the study concerns student aptitude while attending the U.S. Air Force Jet Engine Technical Training School, but is designed to provide an important additional source of data on the level of effectiveness of selection and classification tests across all
military services.
