This paper explores the author's opinion that the human resources (HR)
department's role is not dependent on the location of the
organization or the type of organization. It looks at how traditional duties, such as talent scouting, recruiting,
training, and
employee management constitute an essential part of the HR department and how they are required in all organizations to ensure that the workers' potential is completely realized. It also examines how
globalization and free
trade in almost all corporate organization has introduced a common forum for ensuring employee satisfaction.
