In an attempt to understand the
concepts and framework of
leadership, the
author of this paper investigates the concepts of leadership from a number of sources, including Terry Pearce's book, "Leading Out Loud: The Authentic Speaker, the Credible Leader", and, based on the understanding of these concepts, creates a personal leadership communication platform for the author's position as an assistant principal.
