ethical code of behavior for corporations and points out that when
employees behave morally and ethically, the
corporation is more likely to function as an ethical business, and morale will be higher amongst the employees. In contrast, the paper notes that when employees do not conduct themselves in an ethical manner, the corporation and the employees suffer negative consequences.
