This research paper presents an
examination of
employee morale at Canyon Springs. Specifically, the researcher
proposes an attempt to discern whether the
creation of a
positive work
environment and increased employee morale is possible via implementation of a Treatment of People Program. Via use of a survey questionnaire, interviews and a thorough examination of the literature available on the subject of employee morale, the author draws conclusions related to the factors influencing employee morale, and proposes a solution for creation of a positive work environment at Canyon Springs.
