Over the last several
years, Britain has been suffering from underinvestment in the areas of education and
development. Although the
country has made considerable advancements in terms of economic performance and educational developments, it still lags behind a number of other developed nations that once used to follow the lead of Great Britain. This
paper shows how the
training and development policies of the British government have changed significantly during the last several years, making it ineffective and consequently harming the
