management. This paper shows how the management believes there are many advantages and disadvantages to this leadership style that will make it difficult to operate long-term under this style, but for the building process of the company, will focus on
managing the
business with this style. Participative style would help the management control business in such a way that all
employees would be
involved in the future of this company.
