Multiple eruptions rock black holes seconds after their birth.

new observations reveal. In just a few minutes a massive star dies and a Black hole is born. Powerful explosions make the black hole powerfully eject matter and also greedily consume it.
It all starts with a gamma ray burst the most powerful type of explosion in the Universe.. This is an indicator that a massive star is dying.. The astronomers call this hypernova. A surprising chain reaction ensues as the black hole forms from the collapsed remains of the Star.
Stars are exploding 2 or 3 or 4 times in the first few minutes following the initial explosion. A research Proffessor at Pennsylvania State University confirms that first comes the blast of Gamma rays. The energies involved are much greater than anybody expected. Before this observation was made by NASA’s Swift Satellite Telescope which specializes in Gamma ray burstScientists believed the death of a star is a single explosion event..
But the view of a single explosion changed once Swift became operational in November 2004 and scientists began seeing multi explosion events. One recent blast, GRB 050502B. is the perfect example of new description an initial blast followed by a series of “energized hiccups” On May 2, 2005 Swift detected a 17 second Gamma Ray blast that occurred in the constellation Leo. After 500 seconds of the initial blast Swift detected a spike in X-Ray light “the hiccup” 100 times brighter than anything seen before.
The scientists operating Swift have seen a dozen cases of multiple explosions and ejected material they are still not quite sure how it all works. They could only know the material grows extremely hot and creates a fire ball. The fire ball condenses into a bulging dome of material surrounding the black hole and erupts in a narrow jet.
Burrows, the leader of the Swift XRT team informed SPACE.com . that the radiation pressure of the fire ball accelerates the material nearly to the speed of light. Shocks within this jet dissipate energy and create X-Rays.and gamma rays that one could see.
A newborn black hole is chaotic object and this chaos seems to be what drives for its creation. Scientists trying to sort out give the explanation that Matter is falling into the Black hole which releases great amount of energy. Other matter gets blasted out from the black hole and flies out into the interstellar medium This is by no means a smooth operation.
Another explanation given is that after the initial blast the jet of material falls back on itself. This creates shock waves in Jet’s core slamming blobs of gas into one another and producing X-ray light.
Before Swift telescope it was not possible to clearly observe the event . Now with Swift in place it automatically detects first stage of explosion and targets on the event in one minute. The advancement is Science which seems to be continuos enable us to know more and more events of space accurately. This is possible only due to ingenuity of Human race.
