This paper approaches the moral issue of
cloning from an objectivist standpoint, based on Immanuel Kant's definition of
objectivism.
Using Kant's notion of
objectivism, this paper argues that, despite all of the negative hype,
cloning may, in fact, be a moral decision, which our society and our families have a right to make.
