This paper introduces, discusses, and analyzes the topic of
hybrid vehicles. Specifically, it argues that, since it has been
proven that the technology for
hybrid vehicles works, we should only build and sell hybrid vehicles so that we can help reduce the damage done to the nation's air quality.
