This
essay explains the arguments over
cloning or genetic engineering in any form. In an effort to be as unbiased as possible,
both sides are represented within this text in what should be said as being a fair manner. The main emphasis of this
essay ,though, is not to argue a point, but to clearly show the government's current stand on the issue at hand and to clarify exactly what
cloning is.
