This
paper explains that there does not seem to be much in-depth information about Isabella d'Este on the internet as compared
to other figures of her time. The majority of the references to her are in regards to either Leonardo DaVinci or some other lesser known Renaissance artists. The author points out that the best
site by far is by a
group called The Xenophon Group International, a military history group which delves deeply into the background of Isabella's family and her life. The paper relates that an Italy-based site titled "Arte Mantovana" is the home of one of the worst sites on Isabella d'Este; incredibly short, this site does not even begin to scratch the surface of Isabella's life or her many contributions to the arts, scholars, and politics of Renaissance Italy.
