This paper looks at the life and work of Karl Gauss. It examines his
theory on Plate Tectonics, the theory of Motion of Heavenly
Bodies and several other
theories that were developed during his lifetime. The writer first briefly gives a bio of Gauss and then attempts to explain the theories in laymen's terms.
