How perfect is perfect life?
How many times have you wished to have the same amount of money as your next door neighbor
Mr. Sharma or as a husband as understanding and having as fine taste buds( so as to praise your foods for once!) as Mrs. Patel? None of us seem to be happy and satisfied in our life or our lifestyle. We always have the time to stop and brood over all that we don’t have but never the time to thank god for all that we already have .None of us have ever tried to think how really satisfied and joyous these “seemingly happy and perfect “ families are. What you want from your life may not be what someone else wants from there life too .We need to learn to be learn to be not just happy but also satisfied with our life .You may not have enough money to buy that fabulous black dress but at least it gives you a motive, a small aim to collect money to buy that amazing dress.Once you achieve your little aim it gives you a sense of fulfillment, a sense of achievement and not to mention immense happiness that’s worth more than a million bucks. Now if you were rich, having enough money to buy the whole mall at some point you would get bored and will wonder what to do with that money. You will able to buy all those itsy-bitsy and all the gorgeous dresses that your heart desires (haven’t you seen desperate housewives as yet). But what after you have done shopping to your hearts content? You wont be able to ever feel the same sense of achievement you would have felt otherwise. Imagine walking into a mall and not feeling the same rush of excitement. Your heart will no longer lose a pulse at seeing that ooh so perfect looking necklace because you know well enough that can afford all the delicate pieces of jewellery in the shop. Besides the loss of fulfillment and achievement the “ rich” and “ seemingly perfect” looking families have there own set of problems. Sure they might not be the same as yours but there life is netherless not free from problems. Remember every one has to face and deal with there own set of problems no matter how small or big or how similar or how different. the key to happiness is to realize the true worth of all that you already have instead of brooding over all that you don’t have. Remember everything has a good and a bad side so when life seems unhappy and everything seems to go wrong all you have to do is to turn your life other way round. Therefore ultimately it brings us to the broader issue and that is how perfect is perfect life? Marge Simpson (from the popular show Simpson’s on star TV) once quoted “ everyone has a different vision of life”. It would be right to state that the words “perfect life” do not hold true in a practical world….and if they did all the excitement and the sense of achievement would run away. However if you still are in a pursuit of perfect life remember that true happiness and perfect life lies like two sisters in your own inner self.
