This
paper relates how, in "The Primacy of Love", Paul Waddell offers the
ethics of St. Thomas Aquinas. The paper uses Aquinas'
perspective to examine why the main character Abigail, in A. Mannette Ansay's
novel, "Sister", does what she does. The
paper applies Aquinas' system of ethics to explain Abigail's choices throughout the novel.
