Each of the five lesson presented in this paper responds to particular questions that are focused on a required text, "Families
in Canadian
Society" and addresses issues of sociological theory as it pertains to Canadian society. Family structure, diversity and analytical frameworks for study are covered, as well as detailed discussions of family dynamics in contemporary Canadian society.
