This paper investigates
community resources that address addictions or addictive behavior. The paper focuses on alcoholism
and the
community resources known as Alcoholics Anonymous and Al-Anon. A definition of alcoholism and drug abuse is presented. The paper discusses various sources of literature on community programs that address the
addictive behavior.
