This paper explores the Nazi consolidation of
power, and the manner in which Hitler assumed control over Germany. It looks
at the historical and
political maneuverings of Hitler from the early 1930's and how his propaganda machine enabled him to enchant the German public, gain enough political
power he needed to eventually overtake most of Europe.
