paper expounds upon the conversion of Graham Greene to Catholicism. Based on an analysis of his
writings and correspondence
and biographical
writings, the
paper reflects the view that while Greene converted for the love of a woman, in fact he needed some sort of belief that made him stabilize his rebellious and hyperactive personality.
