paper explores the much debated topic of who and what is God. In doing so, it employs a very well known work by Murata
and Chittick, "The Vision of Islam". This
paper also examines different themes of God and science. The basic emphasis is on exploring and questioning the reality and essence of God. The paper discusses material concepts like that of
light, and scientific observations regarding light have been explored. The paper uses Islamic texts and builds thoughts upon them, noting that the paper was originally written by taking Islam as a for granted truth.
